Five Guys Burgers And Fries Hamburg Jungfernstieg

Very nice restaurant, I don’t get why there are poor reviews. The food is great, fries are perfectly crispy and the lady called Zena is very kind and helpful. I will definitely come back. ;)

Beautiful afternoon, the entire staff was super kind and attentive, especially the customer service manager . I feel so bad for forgetting her name, please please don’t get mad at me sweet lady!!! I remember she was from Morocco; she was very warm and thoughtful. She cared a lot about our experience and our opinions. The food was exquisite and we left completely satisfied. I hope to come back soon.

FIVE GUYS Jungfernstieg 41 Hamburg ZENIA was the front of the house host and talked with us in English so I can understand and she also could speak German with My host. Zenia could speak many many languages and has lived all over the world! I’ve been to many five guys, but I’ve never met anybody from the Restaurant staff, greeting all of the customers at their tables and asking if they have any questions and talking to them about other five guys products. We had quite a wonderful conversation about shakes and the different flavors that are brought out for different seasons, Zenia created a wonderful experience for us and I will be visiting five guys more frequently in every city I visit and even my home City of Encinitas CA The bathrooms were amazingly clean and beautiful as they are in every FIVE GUYS and the french fries were hot and delicious and just freshly made as they are every time I visited a FIVE GUYS I love the soda machine because I only drink gas water and it’s wonderful to be able to get different styles, and my host loves trying different drinks Of course the hamburgers were as amazing as you could imagine Hot and really well-made and delicious. Thanks FIVE GUYS for keeping all of your restaurants, immaculately clean, run efficiently and having a wonderful environment for folks to get a fantastic hamburger at a really terrific price. But best of all, to have a host talk to your customers so they feel welcomed and cared for Beyond just their order.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience at Five Guys! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious as always. Service was fast and friendly, and the place was spotless. Special shoutout to Zeina for their amazing attitude and attention to detail — they made my visit even better! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I’ve visited Five Guys in Hamburg several times, and honestly – I don’t understand the negative reviews. Yes, it’s fast food. But within that category, it delivers quick, freshly prepared, and genuinely delicious food. The fries are the best I’ve ever had in a fast food chain – McDonald’s doesn’t even come close. Being able to custom-build your burger is a great feature, and the whole Five Guys vibe is exactly what it should be: no-frills, loud, direct – but authentic and functional. Sure, the staff can sometimes seem a bit disorganized, but the food always arrives fresh and satisfying. The price matches the quality – this isn’t an everyday place, but when you want a real burger, it delivers. Thumbs up from me. I’ll happily come back.

The food was nice, I like the burger it was huge and I'm obsessed with the fries. The new christmas milkshake tastes amazing it might be my favorite. Reina was so nice. It was my first-time coming here so I didnt know anything and she helped me a lot.

I eat here almost every week, not just because I'm hungry but also because it's delicious. The staff are thoughtful and friendly. I thank them for asking how I'm doing and making me feel comfortable. I'd also like to thank Zena for noticing my regular visits and offering me treats.
